We are Irene and Járek, and we are glad you’ve made it this far 😀
We want to share with you this new challenge we are undertaking: helping you decipher the code of love.
He, a psychologist and programmer, accustomed to solving problems of all kinds.
She, an emotional educator and translator, an expert at deciphering what isn’t said.
Two different profiles, united by their passion for communication.
In our relationship of more than 11 years, with daily commits of patience, we discovered that love also requires maintenance and updates.
Thus, Código Love was born: a platform to help people in the tech world navigate their emotions, improve their relationships, and find a partner without losing their essence.
Because we know that behind every screen there is someone who feels, dreams, and wants to connect.
That’s why we design sessions, tools, and resources to accompany you on your emotional journey, with a professional and human approach… and with a gamer aesthetic, because love is also a team game.

Hello! My name is Irene, and I’m the promoter of this project.
My background revolves around communication (Translation and Interpreting) and education, with a good dose of fun.
I consider myself passionate about beginnings, a nature explorer. I like to understand the world around me, and I do so through two key tools: languages and emotional support.
On the other hand, my more than 15 years of professional experience in education have allowed me to develop a body of experience full of stories about the wonderful beings I’ve met, processes of personal growth, group dynamics, relationships with others, and, ultimately, with everything around us. They have also led me to understand that learning is best when we are aware of our emotions and have the tools to manage them.
Furthermore, as my name suggests (and I’ve been made aware of on multiple occasions), I transmit “peace” wherever I go, a quality I’ve enhanced through the practice of yoga.
I also love exploring the infinite possibilities of human abilities, which is why I train extrasensory perception skills, such as remote viewing and intuition.
Perhaps it was she who, in 2013, guided me to meet Járek, who told me he was a psychologist and later became a programmer. And it was after seeing his passion for what he did that I decided to sign up for a Data Science bootcamp to expand my language repertoire and better understand him.
Now, we combine communication strategies together that allow us to grow together as a couple, and we want to share them with you.

Hey, I’m that guy who studied psychology… and then spent over 8 years of his life developing software.
I mean, I know what it is like to talk about both avoidant attachment and front-end frameworks without losing the thread.
Or, in other words, I understand the emotional world… and also the world where everything has to compile.
In my experience at different companies, from multinationals to startups, I realized the struggles developers have in maintaining or finding a partner. As with coding, seduction works the same way: less is more. If you can write it in two lines, don’t write it in 10.
It’s not about being handsome, rich, or the life of the party. It’s about understanding how to relate from your truth and your values, learning what we were never told: how to connect, how to generate attraction without acting, and how to stop being afraid of our egos getting stuck in an existential 404 due to fear of rejection.
My journey and experience aren’t based on helping you with empty phrases like “be yourself” or pick-up lines that don’t fit your values or personality. The tools I’ll provide you are tailored to your specific situation and will save you years of trial and error and a lot of frustration.
I’ll share all this not as an expert who has it all figured out, but as someone who’s been there, with the same care and attention Irene gives me. Because it doesn’t matter if you’re a software, civil, mechanical, or data engineer: when it comes to emotions, we all start out more or less equally lost because it’s something we weren’t taught in school.
Therefore, if you feel more emotionally lost than when starting a new tech project without documentation, this site is for you.
